Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Racha is an iPhone app developed and operated by JuliaTech LLC ("JuliaTech", "we"). These terms govern your use of the Racha app and of rachagames.com. By downloading or using Racha you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Racha on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the App Store usage rules. The app is licensed, not sold.

3. Racha+, an auto-renewing subscription

Racha can be used without paying: all of the day's games are available with no limits. Racha+ is an optional subscription that unlocks the full archive of past days, stats with streak history and streak repair, and removes promotional cards.

Plans and prices. Monthly: 4.99 USD per month. Annual: 29.99 USD per year, with a 7 day free trial. Prices may vary by country and currency; the applicable price is the one shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.
Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the new period starts.
Free trial. The annual plan includes a 7 day trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the annual plan price is charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Apple as merchant of record. The purchase is processed through your Apple account and Apple acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. JuliaTech LLC is the developer of the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Cancellation and management. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time from your Apple account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions) or from the app under Settings, Manage subscription. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; partial periods are not refunded.
Restore purchases. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore purchases in Settings or on the Racha+ screen, with the same Apple account you purchased with.
Streak repair. Streak repair is part of Racha+, is limited to 1 per calendar month, and is not sold separately.

4. The streak and game content

The daily games, the streak and the stats are entertainment features with no monetary value. We may adjust rules, content and features to maintain and improve the service; when a change is significant we will note it inside the app.

5. Intellectual property

Racha, Racha+, La Palabra, Refranero, Cuentas, the llama and the other marks, designs and content of the app and this site belong to JuliaTech LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them, or create derivative works, beyond what applicable law allows.

6. Acceptable use

You may not decompile or reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows, interfere with the content service, or use Racha in a way that breaks the law or these terms.

7. Warranties and liability

Racha is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law permits. To that same extent, JuliaTech LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Racha+ in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with its update date; if a change is significant we will note it inside the app. Continuing to use Racha after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the United States state where JuliaTech LLC is incorporated, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
